Job Opening: Lawyer
We are looking for a lawyer to join the largest industrial park in Ukraine — Patchwork: Bila Tserkva.
Main responsibilities:
- Legal analysis of contracts of varying complexity, support of agreements with potential clients (negotiations and contract signing, making amendments to existing contracts, other contractual work);
- Project work (interaction with the direct supervisor — the Deputy Director of the enterprise; linear subordination);
- Claim and litigation work;
- Preparation of requests and responses to inquiries from regulatory authorities;
- Work with electronic registries and databases.
Functional duties:
- Maintaining office records and structuring the company’s document flow;
- Sending and receiving postal correspondence;
- Registration of all incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintaining logs;
- Distribution of incoming documents to relevant departments.
